Which countries’ stocks can CNF forecast?

CNF can forecast stocks that are traded in most major stock markets worldwide. In fact, all the securities supported by Yahoo!Finance are supported by the software. A list of the supported stock exchanges can be found at http://finance.yahoo.com/exchanges.

Can I use CNF to forecast stock market indices?

Yes. To forecast a stock market index, we recommend that you first forecast each component stock of the index, then calculate the (weighted) average of the forecasts, and use the average as the forecast for the index.

Implementing the procedure is as easy as a couple of mouse clicks in CNF. CNF can download the list of component stocks of major stock market indices, batch forecast all the stocks at a time, and calculate the (weighted) average of the forecasts for you.

Can I use CNF for my trading?

After so many years, mathematics still has its limit when it comes to modeling social behaviors, such as financial market. CNF uses the most advanced forecasting technologies available today. Even so it is not nearly 100% accurate yet. Human judgment still adds value and is still needed in the decision making process.

How can CNF help my trading?

CNF can support your trading in a variety of ways. With the software, you can monitor future directions of your stocks, or find new trading opportunities. If you already have a trading system, CNF can be used as a validating system.

Besides tracking my own stocks, can CNF help me find the best stocks to trade?

Yes. CNF can batch forecast a number of stocks at a time. You can then sort the forecasts to find the best trading opportunities.

The software can also batch backtest a number of stocks at a time and list their simulated trading performances based on historical forecasts. You can then sort the results to find the stocks that can be profitably traded based on the forecasts.
